The emotions of grief cause us to isolate ourselves from others, even from those suffer from the same loss. The isolation can cause other emotional issues and challenges as well. I have several ways of helping you navigate these challenges during your grief sessions.

Grief is a journey. Don't ever let anyone tell you it's time to get over it. That will never happen! These are people that judge even without ever experiencing a loss. There is no time line. No end date and no rules. Everyone grieves differently. I have clients who come after a recent loss and others that have been grieving for years.

This is the one thing that sets my grief coaching aside from others. I will help to open up your awareness and feel the presence of your loved ones. You will learn about the spirit world and how the make a connection. You will learn to understand the signs they send you.
